Fashion is a form of art that captures the true realm of an artist's idea. Designers have a clear image in their mind, but sometimes have difficulty translating that into a two-dimensional way (paper,painting,etc). Somehow they have the capability to make a three-dimensional version instead. In fact, they transform this speck of an idea into a living, breathing, and walking art piece.  Fashion allows for an artist to express such ideas into physical articles. In doing so, society literally sees a piece of art, walking among the crowd. Fashion is always changing and I'm amazed by the true complexity of  this artistry.
